If I could leave less than one star, I would. I came here to celebrate my grandsons first birthday. When we arrived, the tv wasn't working. I explained to the manager she said it was a spectrum matter and suggested I call them to figure it out. Wait.....what???? I'm staying in your establishment that's your job!! They then proceeded to call the police. They came and left saying this is a civil matter and encouraged me to follow up In small claims court. I've lived in 6 states, traveled in 42, and been to 6 countries. Never ever in my life have I ever had the police called on me in a hotel. Here is the picture of the culprit. I will never stay here again. "Update to response" I had just checked in nobody rang my room. Your employee was behind glass, hence the picture. And she never asked me to leave the desk instead she told me she was calling the police as a threat. Review the cameras I suggest I pointed at them while I was speaking. Hope they have audio. This is clearly a staff training issue period!!!!look at my reviews less than 1% are negative, I'm not that person.

Awlful hotel and terrible front desk service. Cancelled our reservations 30 minutes after checking in. Thankfully it was fully refundable. 2nd floor hallway reeked of smoke. My sons room also smelled like smoke. It was clear they spayed a lot of air fresher in the room to try and cover it up. while we're were waiting at the front desk to try and get moved to a new room there was someone else getting their room switched because the shower didn't work. The front desk clerk was rude and argumentative with my husband. She said she wasn't allowed to put us in another room and needed the GMs approval to do so. My son walked over to a nearby hotel to check their rates and availability and came across another person that just left the country inn because they had issues too. Do Not stay here!
